The government of Bangladesh on Tuesday took an unprecedented step towards spreading the use of Internet in the country. It has made the use of broadband Internet services free for all the 40,000 state-run primary schools. Simultaneously, the government has also cut the charges of broadband Internet bandwidth by 60 percent for all users in the country.

Good initiative. But they need to maintain the momentum. A lot of good initiatives fail in third world nations as people loose interest after some time. Also I have noticed that at many places computers are provided but there is no one to teach!

Is this great or is this great! I hope they also factor in maintenance and upkeep of the units, as this is often forgotten in projects like this.
